[protocols] RSEM expression analysis

Hi all,

the in-development version of the eel-pond mrnaseq protocol,

The rough edges have not yet been worn off so please give it a whirl and don't hesitate to shoot me (or, preferably, the 'protocols' list) an e-mail with problems, questions, concerns.

There are quite a few places where Leslie and Josh and others have pointed out flaws or warts in the overall pipeline, and I'll be fixing those next.

I'm going to solicit some extra help in terms of differential expression analysis, too, so maybe we can get some nice volcano plots going...
