[pony-build] phone call tonight

In the same boat as Max, didn't get that much done last week due to midterms, but should be clear this week (I think?).  Spring break is next week, so will have plenty of time then as well.

Also, completely forgot about the UCOSP midterm blogpost last week :-\  Went to log in to see if I could do that now, but it seems I can't post to the UCOSP blog anymore--should I just do it on my own blog space?

As for what I have done:

* Changed test_python_version function to get_python_version, updated build_quixote.py to reflect the changes.  Will be checking this in shortly, finishing up testing it now.  If a python version isn't found on the system, it returns a blank version string--so now am using this as a sort of error catch condition as well.

Haven't branched off a new copy of pony-build yet to test the other build script stuff I've been working on yet, hoping to get to that tonight or tomorrow.
