[pony-build] Build-coverage

Can't access PC to get the exact lines, but the code in each *Clone
class that does this "clean" repo co for every build is the code that
does "git/hg clone location". In the GitClone class it is right after
the code that does a clone to make the repo_dir if it doesn't exist.
