[pony-build] cache_dir stuff under SVN and HG

[Max Laite]

Let me look over the HgClone stuff in your repo. Sounds like it may be doing
the clone/fetch stuff (which git does) differently. Do you have to get rid
of the whole cache_dir (~/.pony_build) or just the repo_dir(*package name*)?
