[pony-build] Context Failures

So an update....

Have updated everything so now all tests in test_context.py pass.

Will push later tonight.

No more global variable either *high five*. The actual solution was simple,
derp derp, I love over thinking apparently.

Will tackle the tests for messed up indentation next.

Also need to look at what gets communicated to server when stuff blows up.
