[ngs-announce] MSU next-gen sequencing course, 2011

Hi all,

good news!  I have secured provisional funding to run the course again next
year.  This isn't the swanky NIH funding that I hope to get for 2012, and there
may be some unforeseen problems with running it next year, but (tentatively)
it's on!

The tentative dates are June 6th - June 17th, 2011.

Separately, I believe that many of you either looked at or took other courses
on next-gen sequencing & analysis.  In writing a grant proposal to fund *this*
course, I need to compare and contrast it with other courses.   If you know of
other courses on similar topics, could you send them to me?  And if you've
taken any of the other courses, could you send me your thoughts and opinions on
them?
