Hi all,

the schedule at http://ged.msu.edu/angus/tutorials-2013/ is now up to date.

after lunch, Likit will talk about using the UCSC genome browser to view NGS data.  Then you're free until 5pm, at which point Joe Graves (a professor who attended last year's course) will be speaking about his Drosophila evolutionary work.  Then free until ~8:30 when the MSU sequencing core director will be here for a Q&A.

Tomorrow morning, let's gather at 9:15am with luggage for closeout.  We'll have an (optional) lunch at Frona's at 11am.
