[ngs] Extra instructions for today

Please run the following on your server when you create your instances
today:

apt-get -y install nginx && service nginx start

This will install an additional web (HTTP) service that exposes the
contents of files and folders in the /var/www path on the standard port
(80).

You will also need to add a security rule as you did before. This time you
can select 'HTTP' from the drop down list. Don't forget to apply the
changes!
