<p class="MsoNormal">After running the sweep-reads3.py script from the sandbox I ran into a problem trying to extract the paired reads after reinflating. During the reinflation the /1 and /2 at the end of the read names get removed and the reads are separated
in the output file. Trying to extract the paired reads from the files as mentioned in the tutorial (<a href="http://khmer-protocols.readthedocs.org/en/v0.8.4/metagenomics/3-partition.html">http://khmer-protocols.readthedocs.org/en/v0.8.4/metagenomics/3-partition.html</a>)
therefore always results in an error that no paired reads could be found. As this script is found in the sandbox I’m not sure if it is still supposed to work or of it is deprecated?<o:p></o:p></p>
