[ged] GED Journal Club sign-up

Hi everyone,

It's time to sign up for the next round of journal clubs. Elijah is
the last person from the previous round, and he is presenting in two
weeks. My presentation today is part of the second round. That means
everyone who presented for last journal club needs to sign up again (I
put Tim and Elijah at the end since they have already presented this
semester). I have a spreadsheet where you can sign up.
