Hi all,

for next Tuesday, 3/23, please read this paper:

and write down a paragraph on whether or not you think this approach
could be a systematic approach to helping understand what specific
genes or fragments of genes do from metagenomic data.  For example,
think about the gut microbiome data that Neem presented; if we want
to figure out what all those Bacteroidetes are doing, how might we
make use of the techniques in this AEM paper?
