[cse491] svn commit issue

I've seen this error before. I think it was because I was using both unix
svn and tortoisesvn on windows, and somehow the repos would get corrupted,
hope that helps.

Hi Robert,

that's... very strange.  Are you doing this on arctic?  You could talk
to the CSE admins about it...

Something to try:
 - check out a new working copy of your repository in a new location
 - copy the files you're trying to commit over to this new working copy
 - commit in that new working copy.
