[cse491] HW #7 posted... but incomplete

Hi guys,

I posted HW #7 here,

due next Thursday (so office hours on Wednesday).  I can also meet
with people earlier in the week if they need help.

I didn't finish writing test_nb_webserve.py for HW #7, but I won't be
able to do that until tomorrow morning.  My apologies.  The other
tests and files are there, however.

Sorry again, this week was kind of crazy for me.
