Hi Rick,

please include everything you need to run your webserve.py and webserve_nb.py
files.  That is, a new checkout of

	http://class.ged.idyll.org/svn/nermal/hw5/

should be fully functional (which means, among other things, it needs to
include the template files under 'templates/').

You can also make my life much, much, much easier (and hence make me much less
grumpy) by having test_webserve.py and test_nb_webserve.py run properly in that
directory.
