[cse491] Tentative grading of HW #9

Hi all,

I did an initial pass on HW #9, grading p1 and p2 (figleaf, and twill)
for those who handed it in w/o an extension.  I feel like a lot of people
did Weird Things so please take a look at your hw9/GRADE.txt file to
see if I missed something...?

If I gave you full marks (2.5, 2.5) you don't need to do anything.

If you don't have a hw9/ in your *repository*, well, that's a problem then,
isn't it?
