[cartwheel] New feature: export seqcomp analyses

Folks,

at the request of Sagar and Carolina both, I've added a feature to allow
export of conserved sequences from the Cartwheel server.

I haven't put it up on the live site yet, but you can demo it for
yourself here at my development site:

	http://iorich.caltech.edu/~t/c/canal.fcgi/

Just log in as 'admin'/'admin', and go to

	http://iorich.caltech.edu/~t/c/canal.fcgi/lab/folder/294/group/549/

Select 'export data' from any of the seqcomps and go to town.
