[cartwheel] Updated 'stable' branch.

Folks,

I just updated the stable branch of the Cartwheel svn repository; you
can see the changes here:

This includes all of the additions that Mando and I have made over the
last few months to FRII and the Web server.  It does not include N-way
or motif search stuff yet.

I've updated the woodward.caltech.edu Web server to this version, as
well; it requires no changes to the database structures.  Mike Edwards
should be able to update the UTSA server w/o impact, and he should do so
ASAP (I don't think he's on the list; could someone please let him
know?)

Carolina, I'll try to add the 'forward-only' stuff to the 3-way sometime
in the next few days, but no promises; I have to prepare for a
conference this next weekend, bleah.
