Log message:
When I tried running the motility unittests there was a version mismatch.
The python interface to motility thought that it's version was 0.8, while
_testdir.py thought the version number was 0.7. This prevented me
from running the unittests. 

I took the easy way out and bumped the version number in _testdir.py
to 0.8
