added 'make_pfm', changed 'make_PWM' to 'make_pwm', switched to log2;

fixed g++ complaint about 'char * kw[]' stuff in C wrapper;

included doctests from tutorial and build.py in nose automated tests;

bumped overall version to 0.8.2;
