[cwn] hiatus

As you probably have seen, there hasn't been a Caml Weekly News for  
the last couple weeks. This is due to my moving from Italy to France,  
and now to the renovation work that I have to do in my new apartment  
in France.

I expect the next CWN to be published on the 26th of August. If  
everything goes well, it could even be published on the 19th.
