[bip] progress on bio.scipy.org - 2007Sep17

Hi All,

I have been told that the DNS problem with bio.scipy.org should now be 
fixed (Thanks to Jeff of Enthought). If bio.scipy.org does not resolve 
in the near future, please let me know.
