Hi to everybody!
My name is Giovanni and I am also doing my diploma thesis in
bioinformatics, from the University of Bologna.
I am looking for regulatory motifs involved in intron retention in
C.neoformans, and for  this I am using biopython and studying UML,
with the purpose of making a good documentation/organization of my
experiment.

Thank you Florian for mentioning TAMO, I didn't know of it, I will
probably try at it and I will ask you if I have questions in the
future.
