I tend to release all my code as GPL. In fact, I released some code to
biopython and to biopython wiki and mailing list. I am not sure if my
publisher will like to release the code as GPL, but I guess that all
the code that uses some Biopython module, should use Biopython
license (that is a very open license).
I would like to participate more in this list but I am working against
the clock to meet publishers deadline. I would like to collaborate on
this project, but please understand I am pretty busy right now (
