In cases like the domain name, I don't mind leaving it up for a vote... 
the current tally is:

3 for bio.scipy.org
1 for biologyinpython.org
0 for anything else

If anyone else wants to chime in and place a vote, do so today. I will 
contacting Enthought about it this afternoon.
