Titus Brown and Chris Lee have been thinking about this for a while, so 
I'll let them respond (as Titus already has with his blog post; previous 
bip e-mail).

Trac and wiki is planned. I like the dpaste idea as well.

My plan is to get the wiki setup once Enthought has setup the account, 
so that we can start adding content. I plan to seed it with as much 
information as I can to really try to get it going. I will post another 
e-mail when I know more.
