[bio-tools] Update to WWW tools.

Hi all,

I've added two new tools to my page of simple little bio tools, located
at:

	http://issola.caltech.edu/~t/slippy-cgi/

The two new tools are: 'calc-codons', which displays all codons
corresponding to a given protein sequence; and 'reverse-sequence',
which does what you'd expect.

calc-codons is pretty handy for designing degenerate primers, I think.
