Repairs of Qt viewer under Windows.
-  Excised setup assistant. For now, to specify a genesis file, application must be launched from the command line; or the application may be double-clicked to launch if it is adjacent to a genesis file named 'genesis'.
-  'Genotypes' map mode now has thirty-six colors. Whether this makes the map mode easier to understand is up for debate.
