Modified SAMPLE_ORGANISMS and SAMPLE_GENOTYPES commands in the analyze mode 
to alow for choosing to sample only the viable organisms/genotypes. If 
test_viable is set to 1 (as the second argument) inviables are eliminated, 
otherwise, the commands behave as before. For more, see documentation.
