Added an analyze command ANALYZE_INST_POP. It is the simlaras 
ANALYZE_INSTRUCTIONS, but without any fancy stuff (e.g. html output). It
just prints out the average distribution of different instructions for
the whole batch.

Also, two more flags got the genesis dealing with sexual reproduction:

CONT_REC_REGS: should recombined region be continuous (1=yes, default)

CORESPOND_REC_REGS : should recombined regions be homologous, 
(corresponding) eg. can module 1 from one organism recombine only with 
module 1 from the other (1=yes, homologous recombination by default).
