Added event "print_genotypes", which takes the place of detail_pop and 
historic_dump.  This command is fully described in the documentation file
events.html and works perfectly with the analyze command "LOAD".

Also, I setup genotypes to pay attention to lineage labels.  If two organisms
are from different lineages, they will be given different genotypes, even if
they have identical genomes.  This will make all sorts of tracking much
easier since lineage information can be printed (using print_genotypes)
whenever populations are dumped.
