Changed SPECIES command in analyze mode to use the standard recombination 
technique when calculating the "species distance" between organisms. 

In the past, recombination in the analyze mode was done by randomly picking 
one recombination point and using the origin as the other. Now, both start 
and end point of the recombination are from uniform random distribution.
