Added more functionality to finding lineages in sexuals: 

ANALYZE_SEX_LINEAGE [lin_type] [parent_method]  

This command extract the mother, it's mother, etc, all the way to the ancestor, 
only immediate father is extracted (i.e. no info about fathers parents is shown). 
The second option, parent_method,  determines which parent is considered the 
"mother" in each particular recombination. If parent_method is  

"rec_region_size" :
	"mother" (dominant parent) is the parent contributing
         more code to the offspring genome (default)
"genome_size" :
	"mother" (dominant parent) is the longer parent 

This also avoids the slightly weird circumstance when in the same mating, 
organism A is mother to one and parent to another offspring. However, 
organism's gender role can still reverse between matings.
