Added a genesis parameter MODULE_NUM, relevant to experiments with recombination. 

When MODULE_NUM = 0 (default), divide-sex behaves as before. 

For MODULE_NUM = n, the genome is divided into n modules of equal size, which 
cannot be broken up during recombination. 

E.g. for MODULE_NUM = 4, genome can be cut only at at (relative) genome positions 
0, 0.25, 0.5, and 1. To achieve this, the randomly obtained reak points are 
rounded off to the nearest "allowed" value.
