Removed lines from genesis file LOG_GENEOLOGY and DEBUG_LEVEL since neither
is being used by avida anymore.  Avida will also now report any settings it
finds in genesis that its not using, to help catch typoes that might
otherwise cost you lots of time looking for the problem (*sigh*)
