Changes have been made in order to include an instruction which injects a
parasite into its own thread.  Also, there are changes to the format of
count.dat - information regarding parasites has been appended to the end of
the file.  Previous parasite information which was obsolete has been taken out.

Also, many #include statements in the /qt-viewer directory have been changed
to explicitly include the path of the included files.
