* fix qmake wedges on funny modification times for .pri files.
  - when qmake wedges, make calls qmake, which calls make, and so on,
    for many iterations.  ultimately some needed generated files wind up
    empty.
  - so I've removed all of the qmake-.pri files, and condensed their
    contents into the one qmake-.pro files "qt-veiwer/qt-viewer.pro".
  - I've also removed the .pro files "viewers.pro" to build the ncurses
    viewer, and "main.pro" to build primitive avida.  On windows we'll
    build these using cygwin and autotools, and we can still use qmake
    to generate a Visual Studio.net project for Win32.
