* hardware_cpu.cc, hardware_cpu.hh, hardware_util.cc,
	are now correct;

  They were checked out by Wei prior to 1 April,
  were checked-in by Wei with my assistance 9 May
  (which is to say that this is my fault)
  in such a way that changes to these files between 1 April and 9 May
  were blown away.  These missing changes are hopefully restored.
