Log Message:
Fixed a bug in the time slicer.  The time slices were being given, but
a drastic drop in the maximum merit could slow down the run considerably.
It'll now deal with this properly.

Also, added a warning when analyze mode tries to load in a string sequence
thats supposed to represent a genome, but the maximum character goes beyond
the instruction set size.
