Log Message:
Initial implementation of sex + few fixes to the code committed in the past 
few days. There now exist divide-sex and divide-asex commands, the former
facilitating recombination between two offspring by swapping a region of 
their code. Yay!

Due to extensive reorganization of the portions of the code that handle 
divides, the number and position of calls to random number generator has 
changed. Thus, previous runs cannot be replicated even when a random seed 
used is known.
