Oy.  Fixed a bug we introduced in Avida when keeping track of multiple
target cells when multiple children are born at once.

Problem remains: since multiple targets are requested simultaneously, the
same cell will often be assigned to both children.  Ick.

Also, I don't like to look of the output files -- too regular.  I'm going to
have to go through this more carefully.  If I don't get it working shortly,
I'll back out the changes from the CVS.  Sorry for the problems.
