Added two new events:
  inject_range - allows you to specify an organism file and a range of
     cells to inject that organism into.
  inject_sequence - allows you to specify a genome sequence instead of
     a file in order to inject an organism.

Added an analyze command:
  WRITE_INJECT_EVENTS - Takes all of the genotypes in the current bactch
     along with their current abundance levels and writes out a series of
     inject_sequence events to a file that can then be used to load an
     avida run.  I find this works better than dealing with clones.
