Log Message:
A new sub-directory has been added under current, called doc/. It contains
lots of documentaion that I originally wrote for the class, but I've added
some and cleaned it up more. Major addition for version 2.0.
Since this documentaion will be distributed with avida, I changed the
configuration files to refer to their associated documentation rather than
include all of the documentation locally. We don't want to have multiple
places to keep up to date.
The main documentation that still needs to be added is a general introduction
to avida that puts the rest into perspective. I'll be working on this
soon.
