Added a few more h-divide commands. Now they're available in 18 flavours,
with div_types of: 1-10, 50, 100, 1000, 0.5, 0.1, 0.05, 0.01, 0.001.

e.g. h-divide7 has a div_type=7 and when used,  the population,    
per-site, divide mutation rate is multiplied by the 1/7.
