Undid a couple of Kaben's changes to make avida gcc3.1 compatible -- the
ncurses viewer was no longer compliling.  The reversions I made a very
trivial; specifically, I added back in:

  class ofstream;
  class ifstream;

to genebank.hh and genotype.hh, and I included "hardware_method.hh" into
inst_lib.hh.  I don't have access to 3.1 at the moment, so I'm not sure
what I would need to do to fix this properly.
