New gui features:
  setting/clearing breakpoints,
  breaking at breakpoints,
  can move instruction/read/write/flow heads,
  can insert/change/delete instructions.

stepping through instructions works properly on updates.

current instruction viewer: many many widgets; will try to unbog it.
still missing fault/message fields, doesn't deal with multiple threads
in an organism.

cleaned-up some of the data pathways between existing widgets.  mostly
using the signal/slot mechanism.
