  QMAKE_PRO_ARGS += "QMAKE_EXT_H += .hh"
to qmakeMakefile.inc so that Qt's qmake interprets *.hh headers as C
header files, and generates corresponding moc files correctly.

Renamed *.h headers to *.hh headers.
