* "inject" instruction was wiping out flags on all other instructions; this is
  now fixed.  This means the new parasites are working again.

* Added more possible entries to print_data event for printing some
  ecology stats.

* Sped up qt viewer timer delay from 300 to 30.  Its perfectly responsive for
  me like this.  Would it be better to make it a command line option or maybe
  in some configuration file?
