Log Message:
Main thing: Got map mode in avida working properly.

Removed inst_none from the instruction library since it didn't work the
way it was supposed to anyway.  Changed most uses of it to inst_error.
Got rid of task mapping in events (where it didn't work either), since it
is much more so an analyze command.  Previously this  was double coded.
