I am in the progress of setting up analyze mode so that it has a single
LOAD command that will identify the type of file that is being loaded in
automatically, and handle it properly.  In particular, this will allow
human-generated file types to be loaded back in, using the filetype info
in the comments at the top of the file.

So far, a not-fully-functional LOAD command has been added, the
data_manager has been setup to handle "Set" commands in addtion to the
"Get" commands it used before, and the cInitFile class has a new method
called ReadHeader(), which will read in any header information for future
use.
