code cleanup:
- removed qt-viewer/exp/*.{cc,hh} to qt-viewer/;
- removed right- and down-arrow pixmaps from cellviewer, replaced with
  built-in arrows;
- removed some old instruction viewers from source tree;
- removed out-of-date sections from qmakeMakefile.inc;
- made qt-viewer/Makefile.am easier to read.

yet to do in cleanup:
- finish removing old instruction viewers from source tree;
- split qt-viewer/* into several subdirectories for smaller chunks in
  build;
- if I have the chance, eventually split class cAvidaDriver_QT into
  smaller pieces, as it's an ugly sprawl;
- also if I have the chance -- finish rewrite of instruction viewer, but
  since it works correctly I'll leave it for now.  however, I should
  soon add stacks, registers, and inputs to instruction viewer.
